1. Licence Grant

TekLocker is licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin according to your selected plan.
Ownership remains with TekLocker.

2. Licence Scope

Lite and Pro plans permit use on:
One live production domain
One staging or development domain
Licences may not be:
Shared
Resold
Distributed
Publicly published

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually.
You may cancel renewal at any time before your next billing date.
Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Renewals are non-refundable.

4. Updates & Support

Active subscriptions include:
Plugin updates
Security fixes
Access to new features within plan
Email support
Expired subscriptions do not receive updates or support.

5. Finance Calculator Disclaimer

The TekLocker Finance Calculator:
Is provided strictly for illustrative purposes
Does not provide financial advice
Does not offer credit
Does not connect to lenders
Does not guarantee approval or rates
Store owners are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with financial promotion regulations in their jurisdiction.
TekLocker is not regulated as a financial services provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

TekLocker is provided “as is” without warranty.
We are not liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Regulatory penalties
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Users are responsible for maintaining website backups.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend licences for:
Abuse
Fraud
Licence key sharing
Breach of terms
